Ingredients

Pizza Crust Base
  • 1 lb prepared pizza dough 450 g, room temperature
Cinnamon Oat Streusel
  • 0.5 cup King Arthur all-purpose flour 60 g
  • 0.5 cup Domino light brown sugar 100 g, packed
  • 0.5 cup Quaker quick rolled oats 45 g
  • 1 tbsp McCormick ground cinnamon 8 g
  • 0.25 cup Land O Lakes unsalted butter 57 g, melted
Sweet Vanilla Icing
  • 1 cup Domino powdered sugar 120 g, sifted
  • 2 tbsp Organic Valley whole milk 30 ml
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 5 ml

Equipment

  • Round pizza pan 12-inch baking pan
  • Rolling pin Rolls dough evenly
  • Medium mixing bowl Blends oat streusel
  • Small whisk Whisks smooth glaze
  • Pizza wheel Slices warm wedges

Method

Shape Dough & Mix Streusel
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan and stretch dough into a 12-inch round. Lightly dock dough surface with a fork.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, quick oats, and cinnamon. Pour in melted butter and toss with a fork until coarse crumb clusters form.
Top & Bake
  1. Scatter cinnamon oat streusel evenly over pizza dough and gently press crumbs into the dough with fingertips to secure.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes on center oven rack until crust edges turn crispy golden brown and cinnamon sugar bubbles gently.
Glaze & Slice
  1. Whisk powdered sugar, whole milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle glaze across warm bread, let set for five minutes, and slice into wedges.

Notes

Always dock the raw pizza dough lightly with a fork before adding toppings. Pressing the cinnamon oat streusel firmly into unbaked dough prevents loose crumbs from sliding off during baking and slicing.
